Brave Women Bake, Create & Lead Workshop (Brave Mama Discount Ticket)

Brave Women Bake, Create & Lead is a five-hour workshop for women who want to reconnect with the gifts of the female tradition to redefine modern womanhood.

Through innovative learning experiences and researched-based practices, women will increase their self-confidence, learn new strategies to accomplish their goals, and leave with the tools to author their Brave New Story.

The workshop will culminate at the Grand Opening of Ginger and Baker.  This magical cafe, pie shop, cooking school, and restaurant is located across the street in the beautifully restored Northern Colorado Feeders Supply.

What will I be doing at the workshop?

We all learn in different ways, and this workshop honors the styles and preferences of every woman. Topics are similarly diverse, and include the following:

  • The Art & Science of Bravery (Mini-Lecture)
  • Storytelling as Liberation Work (Individual Reflection)
  • Bravery Breakthrough Circles (Small Group Discussion)
  • Visual Goal Setting (Small Group Activity)

In addition, you will participate in a baking class or jewelry-making class facilitated by women who are committed to bringing these “lost arts” back into the modern world.

How does this program differ from other women’s leadership trainings?

Research informs every element of the workshop, and new ways of thinking (and feeling) about women’s leadership will be shared in practical, applicable ways.

Also, unlike most women’s events, you will “work” at this workshop. And you will get results. Of the women who participated in last year’s workshop:

  • Two started new businesses
  • One presented her work at a professional conference
  • One pursued health and fitness goals that transformed her life
  • And another fulfilled her dream to publish a children’s book

How do I sign up? And what is the cost?

Every effort has been made to keep costs to a minimum. Your ticket includes all materials, the baking or jewelry class, and a surprise treat at Ginger and Baker.

We met Tererai this year, and fell in love with her and the brave work she’s doing in Zimbabwe.
